The Allegheny Dwellings needs assessments surveys was conducted from June through October 2021 in all the neighborhoods from the Choice focus area. These neighborhoods include: Fineview (Allegheny Dwellings & surrounding community), Perry Hilltop, Charles Street Area & California Kirkbride. Highlights are based on surveys from 254 households (115 Allegheny Dwellings & 139 in surrounding areas).
