We had a great turn-out on May 19th for the Choice Community Meeting with about 70 community members signing-in and providing feedback on the draft housing plan for redevelopment at Allegheny Dwellings and potential neighborhood locations for mixed-income replacement housing. Residents provided valuable feedback through various channels. Over the last month, the team has walked the potential housing sites with residents, participated in neighborhood meetings, and led an HACP-sponsored community bus tour of Larimer’s Cornerstone Village, Skyline Terrace, and Dinwiddie Townhomes with over 30 residents and staff. In addition, a group of eight of us traveled to DC to participate in the Grounded Solution Network Conference. Also, Allegheny Dwellings Ambassadors attended Fineview and Perry Hilltop community meetings and hosted their own outreach event. Draft Allegheny Dwellings Choice Neighborhood Plan
