Allegheny Dwellings

These projects are to be completed in two phases. The first project will be a complete revamp of the Allegheny Dwellings Playground.The other will be the creation of a new Gazebo style shelter for residents to enjoy while outside at the Letsche Street Apartments. Fineview & Perry Hilltop Citizens Councils have been collaborating with Choice Neighborhood Planning partner Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) to accommodate all resident input in the planning of this project. A new playground and gazebo will be a capstone to the larger project which is the complete redesign and renewal of the Allegheny Dwellings Community.
